With over 100 international awards under its belt, Wicked remains London’s West End’s 10th longest running show. In its 8th year at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, the spell-binding musical has just played its 3000th performance.
Wicked tells the heartwarming and fascinating untold story of the Witches of Oz, based on the novel by Gregory Maguire. Using the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in the original ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’, Wicked illustrates the story of an unlikely duo who meet as sorcery students and grow to be the celebrated Glinda The Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West.
The show at the Apollo Theatre packs technical wizardry, glittery costumes and witty lines with jaw-dropping songs in a magical performance of Wicked.
